A Roman Love Letter for Valentine’s Day

Having a sexy gorgeous specialty cocktail for Valentine’s Day is a MUST. The rules are it must be sexy, simple and delicious.

I’m still trying to find one I would like to make this year. But last year I stumbled on this delicious number and it is worth a try.

You will need:

1 ounce Vodka (I used Finlandia Vodka)
1.5 ounces St. Germain
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ ounce fresh lemon
5 ounces Rosé
2 dashes Peychauds bitters

Let’s make it:

Combine vodka, St. Germain, lemon, and peychaud bitters in the shaker shaker.
Shake and strain into a champagne flute filled with crushed ice.
Top with 5oz of Rosé.
