Food Love

This segment of Brooklyn’s Lifestyle is very near and dear to my heart. It is how I feel about food and the relationship I have with it. Food brings me such great pleasure not because it nourishes my body. But because it sharpens my mind and feeds my soul.

I know that people are starving all over the world. And right here in our backyards in the United States. I often wish I could Provide a meal for everyone who needs one, but I know it is wishful thinking. Instead, I give to as many charities as possible and help out whenever needed.

I am a firm believer in the value of eating well. Eating well does not mean eating expensive food or breaking the bank. It simply means to eat the very best you can afford.

For me, food brings joy, and I do not deny myself. But, I make every effort to indulge in moderation as we should with everything in life. But I do fall short, as we all do at times. I choose not to deprive myself of enjoying great food.

Oprah said in her book “What I Know For Sure.”

So I’ve learned to eat a piece of chocolate-maximum, two-and dare myself to stop and relish it, knowing full well, like Scarlett O’Hara, that “tomorrow is another day” and there’s always more from trying to keep three at a time from destroying all my worldly goods.

Go ahead, dare to stop, and relish great food because eating well is good for your mind, body, and soul.

Eating is not merely a material pleasure. Eating well gives a spectacular joy to life and contributes immensely to goodwill and happy companionship. It is of great importance to the morale

In this category, I will share my experience with Food: the places I love enjoyed, or tried just for fun. I will share my options for many of these places. But I will also share some of my favorite recipes. I do enjoy a home-cooked meal a few times a week.

You can expect me to share my real experience: the good, bad, and indifference. Although I may not have had a wonderful experience, remember yours could be completely different.

There is no sincerer Love than the Love of food.

I know from experience that a restaurant can have an off day or an off week, and for that reason, I will try a restaurant several times. On different days, during various times.

I am always open to trying new food and places in Brooklyn. Therefore, I welcome you on this adventure with me.

Feel free to share your tips and suggestions with me. I hope you enjoy food as much as I do and join me on this journey.

Cheers,
