Brooklyn are you ready? An Apple store is coming to our beloved Borough – are we excited? Williamsburg will welcome Brooklyn’s first Apple Store – the store will be located at 247 Bedford Avenue at North 3rd Street, just a few blocks from the Bedford Ave L train station. Can we say convenience!
With an expected renovation completion date of April 2015, the two-story building once the home of The Bagel Store and two other small businesses will be getting a facelift which will include dramatic arched windows.
The 20,000 square foot space which was possibly leased to Apple at $185 to $200 a square foot and will be a short walk away from Duane Reade, the future Whole Food location, J. Crew, Starbucks, and Urban outfitter.
While there has been no confirmation from the parties involved – this appears to be a done deal.
