Celebrate Valentine’s Day 1,776 feet in the air at One World Observatory this Valentine’s Day. “Love on Top” is an intimate dining experience. Your Valentine’s Experience will include Access to private event space on the 102nd floor, ASPIRE, an elevated, 5-course pre-fixe menu, and a Premium open bar throughout dining service.
