Bronx Fashion Week returns on May 7th. The bright and colorful world of Fashion is intriguing—in some capacity, it pulls us all in.
Fashion, to me, has always been about visual storytelling. The stories the designers and brands tell draws the consumers into a world that allows us to dress for what we stand for and, in turn, tell our own stories through the way we dress.
Bronx Fashion Show Returns on May 7th
The Bronx Fashion Week (BXFW) “The Event” will occur on Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
This fashion event celebrates Beauty and inclusiveness. It is built on the merit that a chosen few should never define beauty and that we are all an expression of beauty regardless of age, size, or ethnicity.
The unique Fashion experience at The New Mall at Bay Plaza has over 100 retailers from The Bronx. The Spectacular Fashion Destination has over 25 million visitors per year.
The show will Feature Celebrity Fashion Designers Callejas Atelier, ‘’Yo Soy Mia’’ Mia Roman, Daysi Collection, Boulevard Menswear, Macy’s, Ashley Stewart, Forever 21, and many more.

BXFW was launched in September of 2014 by Flora Montes. A brand launched amid pain and struggle. But through great reflection and gratitude Flora realized her purpose and began her new story with The Bronx Fashion Week.
The events curated by the BXFW attract audiences that crave diversity and inclusiveness. In addition, it aims to provide real-time business opportunities to local emerging and established designers to showcase their skills and abilities in an often inaccessible industry.
