We made our way to North Williamsburg to explore a fall favorite “Pumpkin spice waffles” not just any pumpkin spice waffles – it’s Clinton Hall’s Pumpkin Spice WTF waffles and it’s a work of art, not to mention drool-worthy and delicious.

I know you’re wondering what’s so special about these waffles – well Clinton Hall has collaborated with the musical “Waitress.” This waffle experience was inspired by the musical and for the next two weeks, five lucky pumpkin spice lovers will win a pair of tickets to see the musical.

I’ve never been to Clinton Hall before and I wasn’t disappointed with my mini visit. Clinton Hall & Rooftop Beer Garden is located on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg. While we weren’t able to explore the entire menu and the space, we were quite contented with our visit and it’s on our list for a revisit.

I won’t give you much detail until my next visit – here’s a teaser:

• Beautiful space
• Very large
• Large TVs (perfect game night accessory)
• Large bar
• Oversized collection of games
• Games on every table
• Nice selection of beers
• Delicious cocktail menu
• Classic American bites with an innovative twist

My daughter describes it as the perfect date night spot.

I had the spicy margarita (it was so delicious – I had a second) and my daughter the ginger-ale and for quick bites, while we waited on our Pumpkin Spice waffles.

We had the cauliflower tacos and the buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese. We enjoyed them both, they were absolutely tasty – soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. These two are a MUST ORDER when you visit.
