Just in time for the Holidays, Apple will open its 11th location in New York and its second store in Brooklyn. On Saturday, December 2nd at 10 a.m. Apple will open the doors of its new home, at 12,000 square footage of space located within Fort Green’s 32 Story Building at 300 Ashland Place. The mega-brand opened its first Brooklyn location in July of 2016 on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg.
While the monthly rent has not been disclosed, we do know that Apple has signed a 10-year lease. The address for the new location is 123 Flatbush Avenue and they will occupy the ground of the building.
As a devoted Apple customer (kinks and all) I am certainly looking forward to this new convenient location and excited to see what they’ve got in store for us, as per the new signage installed at the new Apple location “We’ve got something special in store for you.” If you are making a trip to the new store this Saturday – I’ve got the Ipad Pro 12.9″ and the Apple watch on my list…Thank you :).
Building Brooklyn 2017 award winner for “Best new Residential High Rise” 300 Ashland features, 379 Rental Apartments of which 76 are affordable – they began leasing in July of this year and tenants are expected to begin moving in Fall of 2017.
