The $60 three-course dinner leans playful without skimping on flavor. Open on hamachi crudo in yuzu aguachile, grilled little gem Caesar, oysters du jour, or chilled shrimp cocktail. Mains span an 8 oz bar steak with chimichurri and papas bravas, sesame tuna with Szechuan chili crunch, guajillo chicken, or pappardelle alla bolognese. Close on boozy bread pudding, dark chocolate cake, creme brulee, or matcha Jade Kukki bites, all served in time with live sets at the piano.
