Flank’s The Boerum

The Boerum Residence located at 265 State Street has officially launched the sale of their upscale Brooklyn Condos. Designed by Flank and developed by Flank and the Carlyle Group, this new development is 20 stories high with 128 apartments and is priced between $800,000 to 4.25 million. The Boerum offers one to four bedrooms apartments, is home to a Boutique Hotel on the first six floors and a Luxury Amenity Suite on the 15th floor. This is the first Brooklyn Development for Flank and the largest.

The Facade of classic red brick and framed cast stone framed windows are an inspiration of the historic neighborhood – the basket weave pattern modernized the townhouse inspired proportions. The lobby includes Elements of cream ceramic, limestone and black marble which created a strong sense of style.

The Luxury Amenity Suite offers generous accommodations of indoor and outdoor spaces located on the 15th floor, there is a Library Lounge which provides the perfect setting for study, movie screenings, and special events, outfitted with its own kitchen. There is a children’s terrace and playroom, the playroom was designed by Soho Children’s Museum of Art. Art classes will be offered to the children and will be conducted by staff from the museum. Also located in the Amenity Suite is a Sun Terrence, a Roof Terrence and a Lawn. Impressed by the Luxury Amenity Suite, oh wait there’s more such as indoor parking which is secured and attended, a fitness center, extra storage, indoor bike storage, Concierge, a live-in resident manager, package room with refrigerator storage, and service entry for large or delicate deliveries.

The Marketing and Sales of The Boerum is being conducted by Cocoran Sunshine Marketing Group, the one-bedroom units range in prices from $800,000 to 1 million, two-bedroom units rages from $1.5 to 2 million, and three-bedroom units range from $2 to 2.5 million. Approximately 20 of the 128 apartments are four and five bedrooms are priced at $3 to 4.25 million. The building also includes four penthouses.
