Are you ready for Summer 2022? It is officially Summer here in New York City [NYC], and we have created the ultimate Summertime Bucket List. Have you started yours? For the last two Summer, we made it through the best way we could, but in Summer 2022, we have intentionally planned ours.

Brooklyn Expansion New Arts District
Art District BK is a place “where innovation meets imagination,” and it is coming to Greenpoint Brooklyn this Summer. It is the premier location for cutting-edge art and spectacular storytelling. So have fun hanging out there this Summer and explore three unique experiences.
The new arts hub begins on July 21 through November 20, 2022.

Free outdoor movies at Bryant Park
Movies at Bryant Park are a must-do each Summer—the community-like experience that is truly worth the trip. Here is the upcoming movie schedule:

Escape the City
The city is fabulous, of course. Still, it is lovely to escape the city every once in a while. Here are two places worth the escape:
Located an hour outside of NYC to Irvington, NY, you will find the Armour-Stiner Octagon House—one of the most visually unique homes in the world.
- Beautiful Bannerman Castle
Located 1 ½ hour outside NYC and accessible only by boat. The island host a weekly tour which includes a 30-minute boat ride to the island.
Visit Coney Island
Do you live in NYC? Is Coney Island on your bucket list this Summer? It certainly should be for some fun in the sun. And if you are visiting, then Coney Island is a MUST visit. The hot air balloon festival on July 3 will be fantastic, and The Day Party on July 4 will definitely make you dance. Or why not attend the Classic Car Show on July 9 if you are into cars.
Ride NYC Vintage Subway Train
The New York Transit Museum is back after a two-year hiatus with its nostalgia train ride. Because the Summer Nostalgia Ride is worth the experience, let us climb on board and have some fun.
