A trip to Coney Island says summer is officially here in the City. And the return of “The Day Party” Independence Day Celebration is the perfect time to take that trip to Coney Island.
The Day Party is an annual urban cultural arts event that began in 2018. The event features live music, performances, and a rotation of DJs spinning throughout the day. The founders of The Day Party include nightlife entrepreneurs Yuval Eder, Tal Goldfus, Roc Nation’s music mogul Lenny S, and influencer Jason Boone. This year, club owner Richie Romero has joined the team as a strategic brand partner.
Tickets can be purchased now, starting at $39.00, and you must be 18 years or older to attend.
Grammy-nominated artist Meek Mill will headline The Day Party this year. Other performances include Kida the Great, Armani White, Miles Hardamon, Laya, and Journey Montana. With music by DJ SPADE • CHASE B • DJ FIRST CHOICE DJ ROD. In addition, a fabulous fireworks display will take place after the live event.
Previous artists have included Drake, J. Cole, A$AP Rocky, Doja Cat, and the late fashion icon Virgil Abloh.
The Day Party is a MUST attend event on Monday, July 4th, 2022 [Independence Day], at the Coney Art Walls. Food and drinks will be available to purchase on-site from various vendors.
