Bravi Ragazzi, a South London based Pizzeria is heading to Brooklyn – known for its wood-fire Sourdough Pizza they will open their second location, yes you guessed it…right here in Brooklyn.
570 Putnam Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, on the corner of Marcus Garvey Blvd, will house the Pizzeria’s new home. Expected to open at the end of March 2017. We can expect the same artistic look as the London’s location when it comes to décor and their current traditional menu, offering pies such as the Classic Margherita or Chef’s Fave of Maradona which is topped with Mozzarella, tomatoes, Italian Sausages, sweet peppers, black olives, capers & extra virgin olive oil.
The owner, Luca Imprudent who has owned Bravi Ragazzi in London for almost five years had this to say about his move to Brooklyn “I think New York offers way more opportunities when it comes to food. My goal is to bring the real Neapolitan pizza to New York, and we chose Brooklyn because it’s one of the boroughs developing and growing…Bed-Stuy is the future.”
The Pizzeria’s new home will feature approximately 1,600 square feet of space to accommodate 60 diners.
Brooklyn here is a very nice addition to our ever-growing culinary list – I’m especially looking forward to their homemade desserts, specifically the tiramisu as I’m told by two friends it is to die for.
