Alternative Synergy The Company (ASTC) represents Boldness and Diversity. Diversity in people, movement, culture, and backgrounds bring a unique dance style to Brooklyn and Beyond. ASTC is a non-profit company with uniquely curated street style and classic ballet movements.
The style of movement is to create a captivating and enjoyable experience of Art. Built in 2014, the company took artists of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds to create a single strong vision.
ASTA is under the direction of Amanda Spilinga, an Italian Immigrant. Spilinga began dancing at 11 and possessed a diverse background in movement. Specifically ballet, modern dance, jazz, and contemporary. With a reputation as an up-and-coming dancer, Spiling began to receive recognition from well-known Choreographers. And with several competitions and scholarships on her list of accomplishments, she was certified as a Professional Instructor in Modern Dance at 17.

Spiling’s passion for her Art and educational program is admirable. She works with students of all ages to bring their artistic selves to the forefront and change their lives forever. With a degree in Foreign Languages, she takes great pride in uniquely communicating with her students from all walks of life and worldwide.
Life Symphony: The Origins
Alternative Synergy The Company (ASTC), with the direction of Amanda, created “ASTC The Debut” and “ASTC The Debut Part II.” The sold-out productions unveiled in 2018. I am excited and honored to announce that ASTC is back with Life Symphony: The Origins, a show that builds on ASTC’s The Debut.
This particular production gives us a glimpse into the lives of the performing artist’s stories. And expressions of struggles as they embrace their “inner Artistic Nature” – based on real-life experiences of the dancers and choreographers’ lives.
Tickets are on sale at Alternative Synergy The Company (ASTC)
The show will be held on May 5th at Triskelion Arts, 106 Calyer Street in Williamsburg, at 6 PM sharp. ASTC offers discounted tickets at $15.00 per ticket. Discounted tickets can be purchased through May 4th. After that, tickets will be $20.00 at the door.
