Founded in 2014 by Husband and wife – Raymond Mohan and Laticia Young Lolo’s is described as “The Original Cape Cod and Caribbean Mash-Up” – with offerings of Caribbean eats alongside Classic New England Faves. Lolo is a word used to describe small traditional restaurants in the Caribbean – a place where you can really taste and enjoy the local bites. Chef Mohan is a native of Guyana, South America.
As I type this I can only think “bake and shark” 🙂 – can’t wait to try it hopefully with some good Guyanese pepper sauce.
