Some places you visit and feel right at home, while others you want to bust out of there as soon as possible. The Springs are one of those places with that at-home feeling, and I am excited to share that The Springs patio is now officially open.
With the warmer weather, we are all looking for the best places to experience. The Springs is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn — the kind of bar where the cocktails are strong, the service is fabulous, and the mood are electric. It is your go-to destination in Greenpoint for entertainment and relaxation.
The outdoor patio is officially open, and many great things are happening.
Would it not be fun to
Step outside into a lush, green oasis and soak up the sun while sipping on one of their delicious cocktails like the Frozen Aperol Spritz and Hollaback Mai Tai. The patio is the perfect place to catch up with friends or unwind after a long day, surrounded by plants and twinkling lights.

Different vendors will be available for food options, including Nana’s Doughnuts from Chef and Owner Natalie Mitchell, who serves more than just amazing doughnuts with savory dishes like French Onion Soup Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Sliders, Mexican Street Corn Fritters, and more.
Meet me at The Springs.
My sister and I had fun on Tuesday evening at The Springs.
We had a chance to explore the new signature cocktails — I loved the jalapeño margarita, desert star, and Hollaback Mai Tai paired with Nana’s Doughnuts from Chef and Owner Natalie Mitchell made the evening that more special.
Mitchell offers more than doughnuts. Her food gives you that at-home mood I was talking about. We had the savory French Onion Soup Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Sliders, Mexican Street Corn Fritters, and Chicken Tinga Empanadas. For dessert, we had cinnamon sugar and vanilla bean doughnuts. Everything was delicious — comfort food at its best.
We left with our bellies full, extra chatty from the delightful cocktails and two doughnuts for our Wednesday morning coffee.
It was my sister’s first visit to The Springs, she had an excellent time, and we are already planning our next evening out. So we hope to see you there.
