Negroni Week NYC returns September 21–27, 2026, bringing seven days of gin, Campari, and vermouth to bars worldwide in support of Slow Food. Across New York City, the classic appears in familiar form and inventive variations, from coffee foam and mezcal to tequila, Suze, and sparkling wine.
Now in its 14th year, the Imbibe Magazine and Campari initiative invites bars and restaurants to revisit the classic three-part cocktail. In New York City, some venues have created new drinks for the occasion, while others are spotlighting the Negronis already on their menus.

Here are nine places to order one, from a newly opened Roman trattoria in Midtown to an agave-focused spot in Park Slope.

Ginger Ristorante
📍 Location: 123 West 49th Street — Midtown West, Manhattan | 🌐 Website: Ginger Ristorante | Dates: Monday, September 21–Saturday, September 26, 2026
Ginger opened its first U.S. outpost in Midtown in October 2025, bringing the Rome-based brand’s focus on seasonal and organic ingredients, brick-oven pizza, and handmade pasta to New York. For Negroni Week, the bar is pouring three takes on the classic.
The Devil Drinks Negroni finishes a classic build with mists of lemon- and orange-essential-oil water; Coffee & Negroni adds black-coffee foam and dark chocolate chips; and the Negroni SPQR pairs Cynar with Italian gin and vermouth, finished with fresh sage or laurel.
The Negroni Week pricing is $10 per drink for the full week, rising to a standing $19 once the promotion ends.

Leuca
📍 Location: The William Vale, 111 North 12th Street — Williamsburg, Brooklyn | 🌐 Website: Leuca | Dates: Monday, September 21–Friday, September 25, 2026
Chef Andrew Carmellini’s Southern Italian restaurant inside The William Vale is running its Served Up, Going Down activation for Negroni Week. Guests receive a complimentary classic Negroni during the elevator ride up, followed by a token for a second with any purchase at Leuca later in the week. The activation ends Friday, two days before Negroni Week concludes.
Beyond the elevator pour, Leuca’s Negroni Week menu includes the Bianco [gin, Lillet Blanc, and Suze], a Mezcal riff with Ilegal Mezcal and Carpano Antica, and a Sbagliato finished with prosecco, each priced at $20.

Central Park Boathouse
📍 Location: East 72nd Street & Park Drive North — Central Park, Manhattan | 🌐 Website: Central Park Boathouse | Dates: Monday, September 21–Sunday, September 27, 2026
Now operated by Legends Hospitality, the Boathouse marks Negroni Week with three cocktails: a classic Negroni Sbagliato with Bisol Prosecco and Carpano Antica, a White Negroni built with Dorothy Parker Gin and Suze, and a Boulevardier made with Fort Hamilton Bourbon.
The lakeside setting gives this stop its edge; few Negroni Week pours in the city come with rowboats drifting past.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck
📍 Location: 99 Church Street — Financial District, Manhattan | 🌐 Website: CUT by Wolfgang Puck | Dates: Monday, September 21–Sunday, September 27, 2026
Wolfgang Puck’s first Manhattan restaurant, tucked inside the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown with its own entrance on Church Street, marks Negroni Week with Wolfgang’s Perfect Negroni, his signature recipe poured across CUT locations for the occasion.
The steakhouse’s usual power-lunch crowd makes this one of the more polished spots on the list to sit down with the drink rather than grab it standing at a bar.

Thyme Bar
📍 Location: 20 West 23rd Street, Cellar — Flatiron, Manhattan | 🌐 Website: Thyme Bar | Dates: Monday, September 21–Sunday, September 27, 2026
Open since 2020, Thyme Bar occupies a former Prohibition-era gambling den and centers its cocktail program on sustainable ingredients and botanical flavors. It is participating in Negroni Week, though no event-exclusive menu has been announced.
The order to know is the Infinity Negroni, a regular-menu fixture worth seeking out with or without a Negroni Week label.

Alma Negra
📍 Location: 494 4th Avenue — Park Slope, Brooklyn | 🌐 Website: Alma Negra | Dates: Monday, September 21–Sunday, September 27, 2026
Alma Negra hand-presses tortillas daily from organic corn imported from Mexico, while its bar focuses almost entirely on agave, with a long list of mezcals and Mexican spirits available by the sip or shot. It is listed among this year’s participating bars, though its website does not show a Negroni Week-specific menu.
Two regular-menu options fit the week regardless: the Hibiscus Negroni, made with hibiscus-infused Salers, Luxardo, and mandarin foam, and the zero-proof St. Agrestis Phony Negroni for anyone skipping the alcohol.

Olio e Più
📍 Locations: East Village [106 3rd Avenue], Bryant Park, and Greenwich Village [3 Greenwich Avenue] | 🌐 Website: Olio e Più | Dates: Sunday, September 20–Sunday, September 27, 2026
All three Olio e Più locations, not just the East Village trattoria, are pouring the same Negroni Week lineup: the Cala Luna [Código Reposado tequila, Punt e Mes, Giffard Cacao Blanc] and a Classic Negroni [Citadelle gin, Campari, Cinzano 1757], both $20.

Bar Torino
📍 Location: 50 Hudson Yards, Mezzanine Level — Midtown West, Manhattan | 🌐 Website: Bar Torino | Dates: Monday, September 21–Friday, September 25, 2026 | Hours: 8 AM–9 PM; closed weekends
Named for Turin, the birthplace of modern vermouth, Bar Torino operates as an espresso counter by day and an aperitivo bar by evening, with several Negroni riffs on its regular menu year-round. It is listed among this year’s participating bars, though no separate Negroni Week menu has been posted.
The regular-menu standouts are the Caffè Affumicato [mezcal, Campari, and Galliano Ristretto], the Boulevardier, and Bar Torino’s Bianco, a lighter combination of London dry gin, Suze, and Lillet.
Boucherie
📍 Location: West Village, La Grande Boucherie, Union Square, and Petite Boucherie | 🌐 Website: Boucherie | Dates: Monday, September 21–Sunday, September 27, 2026
All four Boucherie locations are pouring two ways to drink a Negroni for the week: the Cannes Negroni [Citadelle gin, Campari, Lillet Rouge, $20], built especially for the occasion, and a Classic Negroni [Citadelle gin, Campari, Cinzano 1757, $20] for anyone who thinks some things are too good to mess with.

THE DETAILS
Negroni Week 2026 runs worldwide from September 21 through 27 in support of the Slow Food movement. This guide highlights nine confirmed participating venues across Manhattan and Brooklyn: Ginger Ristorante, Leuca, Central Park Boathouse, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Thyme Bar, Alma Negra, Olio e Più, Bar Torino, and Boucherie. Leuca and Bar Torino participate Monday through Friday only, while Olio e Più begins its celebration one day early on Sunday, September 20.
BKLS NOTE
Not every bar on this list built a brand-new menu for the week, and that is fine—a good standing Negroni deserves the spotlight too. Ask your bartender what they are pouring for Negroni Week specifically before assuming a menu exists.
