Coffee – Butcher – Bar

Adam Harvey, a “Top Chef” Competitor opened A&E Supply Co with partner Ennio Di Nino in Gowanus Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Fourth Avenue and 15th Street, A&E Supply Co is operating as a multi-use space – Coffee Shop, Cheese Larder & “whole animal butcher” and eventually full-service Restaurant. The goal of this new and exciting space is to serve the neighborhood throughout the day.

The coffee shop serves no other than Brooklyn Roasting Company Coffee, brewed in small batches paired with locally sourced pastries and of course Dough Doughnuts. At the butcher and cheese counter you’ll find grass-fed/grass-finished beef, pasture-raised meats, artisanal charcuterie, and Farmstead cheeses. When the restaurant opens, you can expect nightly dinners which will highlight simple, seasonal and healthy(ish) plates – also (be on the lookout for weekend Brunch).

While we anxiously await the opening of the restaurant, we can visit the bar which showcase tap selections from the five boroughs and New York State brews in cans and bottles. Indulge in craft cocktails or select wine from the exclusive affordable selection of wine from small producers.
