With Christmas only a few weeks ago, and everyone is asking about restaurants offering Christmas dinner. We have decided to indulge in a little #locallove sharing 11 places to dine this Christmas.

Here is our list of the 11 best restaurants offering delivery, takeout, or dine-in on Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Day.

Shalom Japan

This Japanese-Jewish hybrid in Williamsburg from chefs Aaron Israel and Sawako Okochi will be featuring their ninth annual Christmas day screening of a Hayao Miyazaki film with hot pot.

Casa Ora

Throughout December, this Venezuelan eatery, Casa Ora, will offer a special menu for Feliz Navidad. The four-course menu by chef Isabel Diaz is $52 per person [Taxes and Gratuity not included]. Venezuelan-style flan and special seasonal cocktails will be on the menu as well.


151 Atlantic Ave — Brooklyn Heights


AlBadawi opened in November on Atlantic Avenue. The menu features a fabulous selection of Palestinian dishes. Advance reservations are available.

252 Schermerhorn St — Boerum Hill


Brooklyn’s Ace Hotel is now home to As You Are, an all-day bakery and 130-seat restaurant. This Christmas Day, the restaurant will serve a three-course menu. Priced at $85 per person (Taxes + Gratuity not included). Classics such as Roasted Prime Rib or a Baked Lobster festive feast.

Starting with a rich French Onion Soup and ending with Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

Traditional Caribbean flavors and a little Brooklyn Flare, Imani is the return of the Home Cooked meal. Join them on Christmas Day for 

Brunch from noon to 3:30 PM. Mimosas, Eats, Family, Friends, and Vibez. Catering is also available.


Antica Pesa

If you’re looking for a getaway while staying at home then why not experience Rome with a la carte meal from Antica Pesa. Individual dishes start at $24, a meal for two $130 for four courses (taxes + Gratuity not included).


Alta Caldid
552 Vanderbilt Avenue — Prospect Heights


Delivery and take-out options at $65.00 per person (taxes + gratuity not included). The Christmas Eve Menu includes Black bass, pea shoots, Meyer lemon, guajillo salsa. OR Strip steak, sunchokes, mole Tamal con Hoja, banana leaf, queso fresco Sweet plantains, crema Delicata squash, ginger, serrano, walnut navidena Tortillas Cajeta flan, and sesame.

Orders are to be picked up between 11:30 am – 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve (Friday, Dec 24). Pre-order by no later than 10:00 pm on Wednesday, Dec 22.



46 Norman Avenue — Greenpoint 


This beautiful new 80-seat addition to Greenpoint eatery is offering a Christmas Eve menu. Which include sensational garlic coriander naan and Parker House rolls, grilled prawns, and za’atar baby back ribs vibrant with cherry chipotle barbecue sauce. Enjoy a beautiful evening for around $250 total. Reservations here 



Birds of a Feather
191 Grand Street — Williamsburg 


Birds of a Feather is accepting reservations of parties of more than four for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Reservations here


Maison Premiere
298 Bedford Avenue — Williamsburg 


This neighborhood staple is back offering Sherry Cobblers, oysters, and all other Maison Premiere mainstays. On December 24, from 4 PM to 12:30 AM and December 25, from 4 PM to 12:30 AM (cocktails/raw bar only)



The River Cafe
1 Water Street — Dumbo


This Brooklyn waterfront, Michelin-starred dining room is a fairyland of flickering lights. Offering a three-course, $170 per person (Taxes + Gratuity not included). On Christmas Day, there will be a special three-course goose dinner for $195.

8504 3rd Ave — Bay Ridge


This Palestinian restaurant opened in October of 2020 and is fabulous regardless of the occasion. On Christmas Day, there will be family-style portions of signature dishes. No reservations are needed.


811 53rd Street — Sunset Park


Unlimited hot pot. This year, LaoJie is serving special Christmas dumplings, barbecue skewers, and an endless hotpot option for $21.95 per person. Outdoor dining is also available.
